The following information sets out the conditions of use at smuk.jp ("the website"). SMUK G.K.  ("We" or "us") are the operators of the website. By using this Website you are accepting and agreeing to these Terms.

PROMOTIONAL SALE PERIODS

Smuk reserves the right to go on sale at any time without notice. Prices online may not apply in any stockist, especially during an online-only sale. Once the online store has exhausted its allocation, it cannot pull items from any stockist. Discount prices will only be honoured during the sale period- no exceptions. Smuk are not obligated to refund the difference on any item bought outside the sale period. We do not refund final sale items for change of mind.

 

PRICING

All items presented on smuk.jp are in Japanese Yen (¥JPY) prices and are gst inclusive. All payments are processed in Japanese Yen.

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

 

AVAILABILITY

We make every attempt to ensure the stock presented to you is accurate and available for purchase, however please note that our stock is not in real time and some discrepancies may occur. If in the event that our warehouse is not able to fulfil your order, you will be notified asap with an alternative option. If a suitable solution cannot be found a full refund will be processed.

 

ORDERS

All orders submitted through the Website are subject to acceptance by Smuk.

 

Once you submit your order, you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your order. This email confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of the order or an offer to sell products. Smuk reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. Smuk reserves the right to correct inadvertent errors, omissions or inaccuracies in relation to price, product availability, or product descriptions. Acceptance of all orders is subject to Smuk confirming availability and price for products ordered. If your order is rejected for any reason you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.

 

Smuk only accepts your offer, and concludes the contract of sale for the product(s) ordered by you, when we despatch the product(s) and send an email confirming that the product(s) have been despatched to your nominated shipping address. 

Smuk may cancel your order (included orders accepted by Smuk) without any liability to you if any of the products in your order are unavailable, or there were any errors in price or product description on the Website at the time of placing your order, or due to technical errors in processing your order. If we cancel your order for any reason you will be given a full refund for any amount paid for the order.

 

EXCESSIVE RETURNS

Smuk monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion, or lead to the closure of your Smuk customer account.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, Smuk owns all copyright of the material on the Website. All registered or unregistered trademarks used on the Website are the property of their respective owners.

All copyright, data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs, and other intellectual property (Content) on the Website is owned, controlled by, or licensed to Smuk. Except for viewing the content for your own personal non-commercial use, Smuk does not grant you any rights to use the Website or content for any other purpose unless it expressly consents in writing.

Smuk reserves the right to cease, interrupt or withdraw your access to the Website for any reason, including without limitation, for upgrades and maintenance of the site.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Please be aware that you may be charged a customs duty when you purchase from us (international delivery only). The user will be fully responsible to cover the fees that are incurred. The customs duty will vary depending on the destination and the items that is purchased.
