Shipping policy

■ Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Shipping Fee: Flat rate of ¥500 (tax included) nationwide
※ Orders over ¥10,000 (tax included) qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Time: Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes an additional 2–3 business days, depending on the destination.

※ Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If there are any issues (e.g., missing street number or building name), we will contact you for confirmation. Shipping will be made only after we receive your reply.
※ Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or courier-related issues.


■ International Shipping

Shipping Fee:
Free shipping for orders over ¥30,000 (tax included)
A flat fee of ¥2,000 will be charged for orders under ¥30,000

Estimated Delivery Time:
Asian countries: 4–7 business days after shipping
Other regions: 7–14 business days after shipping

※ Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination conditions.


■ Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a “Shipping Confirmation Email” with a tracking number and tracking link.
※ Please note that orders cannot be canceled after shipment.


■ Delivery Time Slot Requests

We do not accept specific time slot requests for deliveries.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, a missed delivery notice (“attempted delivery slip”) will be left by the courier.
Please follow the instructions on the notice to arrange for redelivery.


■ Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM: Same-day shipping
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM: Ships on the same day or the following business day

※ Excludes weekends, national holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays


■ General Delivery Notes

We normally ship orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
However, delivery may take longer under the following circumstances:

  • For backordered items (Estimated dispatch time: approximately 1–2 weeks)
  • If there are issues with your order details
    └ For example, incomplete or incorrect address information (missing street number, building name, etc.) may require confirmation.
    ※ In such cases, shipment will be made only after we receive your reply.
  • Delays due to bad weather, traffic conditions, or courier service issues
  • Orders placed before or during weekends, national holidays, warehouse holidays, or year-end/New Year periods

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order.

※ For bank transfer or convenience store payment, orders will be shipped after payment confirmation.


■ Changes After Shipment

For any changes to the delivery date or requests for redelivery after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.

If an item is returned to us after exceeding the carrier’s holding period, a redelivery fee will be charged.

Please note that cancellations or returns due to the above reasons are not accepted.


■ Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are currently being produced or are awaiting arrival, and are therefore not available for immediate shipping.
Quantities are limited, and pre-orders will close once the maximum number is reached.

  • Inventory will be secured once your order is confirmed, but the shipping schedule may change depending on production or logistics conditions.
  • All pre-orders are paid in advance and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
  • If a pre-order item is purchased together with in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.
    If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
  • The estimated shipping date is shown on each product page, but it is only an estimate and may change.
  • In the rare case that production is discontinued or significant supply issues occur, we will contact you individually to arrange cancellation or a refund.
  • Please note that no changes to the order (items, quantities, shipping address, etc.) can be made after the order is placed.
