Shipping Information

Everything you need to know about delivery times, dispatch, and pre-orders. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Delivery Times

I Domestic Japan
Shipping fee Flat rate ¥500 (tax included)  /  Free for orders ¥10,000 or more
Carrier Japan Post  /  Tracking number provided immediately after dispatch
Dispatch Within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
Delivery An additional approx. 2–3 business days after dispatch (varies by region)  /  Delays may occur due to weather or carrier conditions

II International
Shipping fee Free for orders ¥30,000 or more  /  Flat rate ¥2,000 for orders under ¥30,000
Delivery Asia: approx. 4–7 business days after dispatch  /  Other regions: approx. 7–14 business days
Please note Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Dispatch & Shipment Notification

Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM: same-day dispatch
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM: same day or next business day

Dispatch is available on weekdays only, excluding public holidays and year-end/new year.

Shipment Notification

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking URL.

Delivery Time Slots

We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery time slots. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a delivery notice card — please use it to arrange redelivery directly with the carrier.

  • Our emails are sent from an @smuk.jp address. If you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder and contact us promptly.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Estimated Delivery & Important Notes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. However, delays may occur in the following cases.

  • Incomplete or incorrect address information (missing apartment number, wrong street, etc.) — we will contact you for confirmation before dispatching
  • Weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or carrier delays
  • Orders spanning weekends, public holidays, warehouse holidays, or year-end/new year
  • Extended absence or failure to arrange redelivery after a missed delivery
  • Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order to avoid delays.
  • Orders paid by bank transfer or convenience store payment will be dispatched after payment is confirmed.
  • Dispatch dates for pre-order items are estimates as listed on each product page.

Post-Shipment Changes

  • For delivery date/time changes or redelivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number in your shipment notification email.
  • If your parcel is returned to us after the carrier's storage period expires, an additional shipping fee will apply for re-dispatch.

Please note that cancellations or returns due to the above reasons cannot be accepted.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items are currently in production or awaiting stock arrival and cannot be dispatched immediately. Pre-orders are limited in quantity and will close once the limit is reached.

  • Stock is reserved upon order confirmation, but dispatch dates may shift due to production or logistics conditions.
  • Pre-orders are prepaid, non-cancellable, and non-returnable.
  • If a regular item and a pre-order item are purchased together, all items will be shipped together once all are available. For urgent needs, please order them separately.
  • Dispatch dates shown on product pages are estimates only.
  • In the unlikely event of production discontinuation or significant stock shortage, we will contact you individually and offer a cancellation or full refund.
  • Changes to order content (item, quantity, shipping address, etc.) cannot be accepted after the order has been placed. Please review all details carefully before confirming.
