About Aquamarine
Aquamarine is a member of the beryl family, alongside emerald and morganite. Its clear blue comes from traces of iron, and its name comes from the Latin for "water of the sea." It has a Mohs hardness of 7.5–8. Most aquamarine on the market is heat-treated to adjust its color, but SMUK's aquamarine is unheated, so you see the stone's natural blue just as it formed. It is said to symbolize happiness, calm, and courage.

SMUK uses four types of plating finishes, selected according to the materials and intended use of each piece of jewelry.
- Rhodium Plating
A finish made with a rare precious metal from the platinum group. It offers excellent resistance to tarnishing and scratches, with a clear, bright silver tone. Suitable for those with sensitive skin. - 18K Gold Plating
