[Important] Shipping Suspension Due to Warehouse Move – Feb 2024
Dear Customer,
Thank you for shopping with SMUK.
To enhance our operational efficiency, we will be relocating our warehouse. As a result, shipping operations will be temporarily suspended as follows:
■ Shipping Suspension Period: Feb 1 (Thu) – Feb 19 (Mon), 2024
Orders placed during this time will be accepted normally, but shipments will begin sequentially from Feb 20 (Tue).
Please expect delays before and after the suspension period due to high volume.
■ From Feb 1 onward, shipments will be sent from our new warehouse in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
■ Sunday and national holiday shipping will be discontinued. Orders placed before holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
■ After the move, all shipments will be handled by Japan Post. (Other carriers cannot be selected.)
